Dogbook

I took my dogs for a walk the other day and I saw someone else bring theirs as well. I then thought to myself, "wouldn't it be great if dogs had the ability to know each other, interact, actually understood their intentions and eventually became friends". So basically, I was wondering what dogs would be like if they were human. I don't think I'm crazy, just curious.
